Refund policy

I don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I gladly accept exchanges provided you contact me within 7 days of delivery of the item, and ship the item back within 14 days.  Personalized, custom orders, or items on sale cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
